What we respond to
We are glad to hear from you about:
- Help with the test or understanding your result.
- Privacy and data-rights requests — access, correction, or deletion of your data.
- Corrections or suspected errors in our content.
- General feedback and feature suggestions.
- Press, partnership, and media inquiries.
Response times
We aim to respond to most messages within 2 to 3 business days. Billing and privacy requests are prioritized. Where the law sets a deadline for a data-rights request, we respond within that timeframe.
If you have not heard back after several business days, please check your spam folder and then resend — occasionally messages or our replies get filtered.
