Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and IQCognify regarding your use of the website at https://iqcognify.com and the test and reports we provide (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

The Service and acceptable use

IQCognify provides a free IQ test that returns a score, percentile, classification, and a cognitive analysis at no charge, together with one optional paid product described below. You agree to use the Service lawfully and in good faith. You agree not to:

• Attempt to extract, copy, or reverse-engineer our test items, answer keys, or scoring logic.
• Use bots, scrapers, or automated means to access the Service or distort results.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure.
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the test or reports without our permission.
• Use the Service to harass others or to misrepresent a result as a clinical or professional evaluation.

Intellectual property

The Service — including the test items, the Cognitive DNA methodology and branding, our written content, design, and software — is owned by IQCognify or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your own non-commercial purposes. Your individual result is yours to keep and share; the underlying test and content are not.

What is free

The IQ test is free. Your score, your percentile, your classification, your breakdown across eight cognitive abilities, your written read-out, your permanent result link, and your verifiable certificate are all provided at no charge, with no account and no payment details required. Taking the test and seeing your result never requires a purchase.

The Complete Cognitive Profile (optional, paid)

We offer one optional paid product: the Complete Cognitive Profile, a one-time purchase of $7.99 USD. It is offered only after you have seen your free result, and it is never required to take the test or to view your score.

The Complete Cognitive Profile adds a written interpretation of all eight abilities and how reliable each score is, an analysis of how you answered from your own responses, a permanent profile link that outlives the browser session you tested in, and permanent access to your certificate so it can be re-issued on any device. It is built from the same test and the same answers; nothing is re-scored, and your score does not change.

It is a one-time payment. It is not a subscription, it does not renew, there is nothing to cancel, and no account is created. Payments are processed by Paddle, which acts as the merchant of record for the transaction; we do not receive or store your card details. Access is granted only after Paddle confirms the payment to us.

Educational and entertainment disclaimer

Results are estimates produced by an online test under uncontrolled conditions. They are not a diagnosis and must not be used as the sole basis for educational, clinical, employment, legal, or other consequential decisions. For any such purpose, consult a licensed professional. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any result will be accurate, complete, or suited to your purposes.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IQCognify and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of or reliance on the Service or any result. To the extent liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes, termination, and governing law

We may modify the Service or these Terms at any time. Material changes to the Terms will be reflected by a revised 'last updated' date, and your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. We may suspend or terminate access for conduct that violates these Terms.

We do not ask you to give up the legal protections of the place where you live. If you use the Service as a consumer, these Terms are governed by the law of your country of residence, you may bring proceedings before the courts there, and nothing in these Terms limits the mandatory consumer-protection rights that law gives you — including any right to a refund.
